Nancy Mace was born on December 4, 1977, in Goose Creek, South Carolina. Raised by a retired Army general and a retired school teacher, she went on to establish herself as a successful businesswoman, politician, and author.

Political Career

Mace entered the political arena in 2014, when she was elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives. She served in this role until 2018, when she ran for and won the US House of Representatives seat for South Carolina's 1st Congressional District.
